Question about Functional Nuerological Disorder and Tourette's

I have a question for anyone with Functional Nuerological Disorder and Tourette’s. It can be both or either. I was diagnosed with Tourette’s maybe 3 years ago at this point but was showing abnormal symptoms to the point where my neurologist suggested it might be FND. Up until recently I’ve been limping a bunch of different symptoms together and calling them tics but I don’t think that’s the case. I occasionally (but not rarely) have these episodes where my shoulder tenses to the side of my head and then just… keeps spawning. Like repeated spasms every few seconds. It’s very painful and can last up to an hour. I didn’t think much of it until I had an episode at work the other day and had the thought that this didn’t line up with my knowledge of Tourette’s. I think it might be FND but I’m not sure. Does anyone have any idea or advice?

That shoulder tensing sounds a lot like one of my first symptoms of FND, a while back. I don’t have much advice unfortunately, but sometimes a heat pd could help with the pain/soreness!
