im having trouble finding a new therapist that i feel safe with, but every time i go to a new one, i suddenly forget all the things i need/want to talk about. how do i get out of this loop?

Yeah I always write down when random things pop up during the week whether successes or struggles so we can discuss it all

I make a Google doc that I share with my therapist. Or I email it to them. That way they also know what I want to talk about and can help me
