Forgetting everything at psychologist visits

does anyone else completely forget everything you wanted to talk about when going to you psychologist? as soon as i get there, it's like my brain goes blank and i just sit there. especially since there's so many things i want to talk about but forget and/or don't know how to put it all into words. anyone have any tips for this? :(

I actually get this a lot! I always make notes in my journal with a spider graph of things I want to discuss. I just bring the journal with me to my sessions. It helps A LOT.
