My therapist and I kinda parted ways and it sucks because i felt like she really helped me. I know I need to continue therapy because, let’s be real, highly unstable here 🙋🏼♀️ lol i’m dreading having to re-tell everything though; how has anyone else dealt with the whole “retelling” when getting a new therapist and how do you guys even go about finding a new one/decide it’s a good fit?
