I drank a ton of Electrolytes and took zinc, magnesium and cold medicine and that seemed to help a bit when I had covid in April, I wish you quick health, covid is horrible ❤️ Lots of rest

I was horribly sick with covid for 3 1/2 weeks with pretty bad covid and it flared my fibro for many weeks after, was absolutely horrid experience, sending biggest hugs your way

I like to take hot baths with some epsom salt. I use a weighted heat pack and take 600-700 mg acetaminophen. THC also helps. Then I crawl into bed with the blinds shut and humidifier on. Not the most clinical answer but that's what helps me.
