Dealing with COVID-19 as a Fibro Warrior and Potsie

So after 2 years it's finally happened. I have covid and it sucks. I'd love some tips from some other fibro warrior and potsies peeps? What do I need to watch for and what have you noticed with it?

      I had it once with my fibro and pretty much had all the symptoms at different times. It was horrible started with sore throat then headache pressure behind eyes which bloodshot one eye. Body pain and fatigue was extremely rough. Get rest and vitamin c for sure. Feel better!

      Zinc and vitamin C, lots of water, rest. I’ve had it 3 times and it’s awful!

        @Gnatty Also headaches/bodyaches/nausea are super common with a COVID-19 infection, although it may be difficult to discern between COVID pain and fibro pain

          @Gnatty yep, I probably wouldn't have tested at all if my son hadn't been sick too.
