Yes this is the worst! I had this issue a couple days ago and I had the worst chills that made my body hurt so bad and I was so tense. I ended up laying in bed with a thick blanket on, and the blanket propped up at my feet and a space heater blowing directly into the blanket. I imagine a heated blanket would have a similar effect lol.

CBD creams, Epsom salt baths (even just a foot bath), heating pad, drinking plenty of fluids, and watching movies/TV to distract yourself can all be helpful. I know it sucks and I’m sorry. I hope you heal from this bug quickly!
