Coping with Fibro and Covid Symptoms

I make myself move much slower and keep a heating pad and weighted blanket at all times. Keep taking my vitamins; I didn't think they were helping all that much but I ran out and it only took a week for me to realize just how much they helped. As much as it sucks exercise helps, don't push it but 15min is better than nothing. I had covid twice, and the chronic fatigue is so much worse now and while my flares are fairly short, they are so much more intense than before covid.

I had covid that triggered the worst flare in years. I was waking up several times a night crying I hurt so bad. The hospital did nothing, just put me on oxygen. My heating pad was my savior.

I just went through having Covid. Finally coming out of it. But I’m getting so much joint pain it’s not even funny. And I seem to be sleeping a lot.

I heard elderberry tincture really helps. I didn't have any while I had covid but order me some. Helps with any lung infection.

My sister in law is a Nurse Practitioner and she said to take 2 Tylenol with 3 ibuprofen and it saved me during covid with the body aches.
