Struggling with Fibro, BPD and Depression

I've recently been dealing with that. For me, it was a sign I needed to switch up the antidepressants. When in a uncomfortable, static state, something has to change. (Easier said than done, I know.) I wish you all the best, fellow depression warrior.

I’m so sorry. It’s so hard to feel like your medication isn’t helping you anymore. I feel like, “why am I even bothering to take all these meds everyday?!” But I think you can probably still find some improvement. I would talk to whoever handles your psych meds and let them know how you’re feeling. There are almost always adjustments that can be tried. Also, are you in therapy? I feel like every one with a chronic illness should at least occasionally go to therapy, because this is a tough situation. And on top of that, we have mental illnesses as well. I definitely recommend pursuing those options, however, you know what is best for you. I’m so sorry for how you’re feeling. I’ve been there. You’re not alone.

Sorry you feel this way. I was telling my pain doctor how I was feeling and she sent me to Quinco Behavior for counseling and medication for depression.
