I feel like I'm in a depressive episode but I can't fully feel it because of the meds. But my body still knows it's supposed to be depressed. Does that make sense?

@ATrainwreck I’m sorry you’re feeling like that. Do you have any time to sleep? I find sleeping does help me sometimes. Also, just TRY to do one thing a day you usually are interested in, I find everything the passion comes back over time. I hate that you are going through this rn. If there’s anything you need feel free to dm me. ✌🏻

Yes, I call it a breakthrough depressive episode, I get them from time to time. I’m on meds and I feel depressed but not fully but still suffer from MANY depression symptoms during these times. How’re you doing today? What do you feel like now? I hope you are doing okay. 🫶🏻

@CSweet94 I mostly feel like there's a weight holding me down and I'm uninterested in everything. Today I'm okay though. Thank you for asking and sharing.
