Feeling Sick and Venting About It

feeling sick for days and I don't know if it's food poisoning, covid, regular flare up stuff, flu, cold, all of the above. ugh. using hrv to help me pace, I am on bed rest today which is for the best because a migraine is building up. just tired of being sick and tired and lonely and isolated. everything feels like misery and pain even with my pain medication trauma recall and the weather and holidays all crashing down on me oh I should add that to the list of why I might be so sick right now, hadn't considered the holidays causing it due to trauma recall. can't even sleep without being woke up hearing my birth name yelled, but I'm home alone and the voice sounded like someone I know who lives States away and is very kind btw. then if not my name being hollered, it's random music like a ring tone but not my phone bc mine is muted lol I have musical ear syndrome but this isn't the same thing. it is definitely something different. I am burnt out and done and tired and I just want to sleep in quiet without tinnitus screeching. my first writing and I am having a breakdown. I'm sorry. everything is crashing. and I am tired.. but I am safe from myself I just want to make that clear, I'm just whining
