I’m sorry if this doesn’t make since I’m not okay. With everything going on and prices skyrocketing and threats of ww3 I’m so overwhelmed and my already crumbling mental state has gone into complete ruins I can barley get out of bed because I don’t even feel like my room is a safe place anymore what do I do my home was my safe space and now I’m scared I’ll loose it

That makes a lot of since I was also worried when everything started happening. But even though this is a lot easier said than done, it does us no good at all to worry about things we can’t control. It’s just a waste of energy. One thing that helped me quit stressing about these things was every time I would have a “what if” thought or I would think about it, I would automatically replace that with a positive thought. Every time I caught myself thinking about these things, I would try to change my thought pattern and think positive things like how beautiful it is outside and how this is gonna be an awesome summer. It takes a lot of practice but it helps. I hope it gets better for you ❤️🩹
