      I talk to my dr and my therapist won’t do telefoc and she’s not available that’s why I’m looking for a new one. I’ve been dealing with this since may. I’m trying literally everything f

      I can’t walk the block I panic just going outside. It’s literally so bad. I can’t take it anymore

      Definitely relate to you on that, you feel like as if you’re dying and that you have lost hope that you could get better. But it’s all in the matter of being present and accepting of what it is. I know it’s easier said than done, but thinking more positively and outward will help you out more in the long run. It’ll take time.

      I’ve tried a lot of medications as well and it’s frustrating AF to get what helps more than hurts. But, honestly meds are there to try and mitigate the damage our brains cause so maybe try it? I’m sorry it’s been so hard - you aren’t alone!

      I try telling myself that but it’s not getting better I don’t feel like. I’ve been on my couch in a panic literally all day crying bc I’m scared for what reason idk. My mind is driving me crazy. I’m to scared to take a Ativan bc of everything. My dr said try one a day for two weeks and we will go from there after try so many antidepressants and they make it worse. Idk what to do anymore I’m fed up I’m tired

      Ugh, I really relate. And it’s easy to get caught up in the anxiety spiral BUT you have been better before and you will be better again! (At least that’s what I tell myself)
