I'm having a really hard time, I feel like all my conditions are getting worse and I feel powerless to do anything about it. Plus, recent events in my life have sucked all my motivation to even try to combat it. I'm just exhausted

It sounds like you're burnt out, maybe taking time to yourself instead of work or school would help. You're not powerless or helpless, you're the main character of your life and you can control where it goes for the most part.

I hear you. It’s exhausting to face the stress of chronic conditions on top of any new things that happen. Take your time. Be kind to yourself. And get all the rest you can. I try to focus on small joys throughout my day when I’m going through a rough bout of flare ups and life stressors. Sometimes the best we can do is get through the next minute. I really hope that you can get some respite from this stress. I truly understand the pain of watching it all go downhill. I try to remember that for this depth of pain and sadness, there is an equal level of happiness and joy that I have and can feel.

I feel that. I am struggling so hard with certain conditions and it feels like I'm getting nowhere. Are you sleeping okay? Sleep is so important to string mental health.
