Dealing with Chronic Pain: Seeking Emotional Support

I'm so tired of doctor sitting there thinking it's all in my head when I'm in constant pain because of fibromyalgia and it took a rheumatologist that I trust to get the diagnosis of fibromyalgia last August after 10 years of being in pain

I've been dealing with chronic pain for most of my adult life. I agree that it's extra hard when you don't "look" sick. Trying to find motivation to do some sort of exercise when you feel achy all over is so hard.

I agree with both of you. It sucks, especially when you don't "look" sick so other people don't get it.

You got that right! Each day I wake up and evaluate my body to see what fun we're having today. There's no such thing as a typical day
