Definitely had one of those days today. I just laid low, cuddled with my cat and did what I could to enjoy the day.

I've had alot of those days lately I find that listening to music and getting out of the house also helps me.
@SpookyKitten thanks! this is really helpful! I’ll try listening to some old favorite songs of mine and see if that helps me get back in the groove. And getting outside is always a good idea…
