With the heat wave in AZ at the moment, I'm finding that I can only stay awake for about 5 hours a day instead of the 10 I would normally be awake for in the winter. Is anyone else experiencing feeling more tired the hotter it gets? Is that a thing or is it just me?

I don't live in any hot state but when it is hot here in Iowa the heat wears me out 100% fast than it does on a normal day so I feel ya.

Yes same here! I'm in Dallas and these heat waves make my day feel awful. I often found myself tired or experiencing 2-3 sleeping episodes a day. š Also driving is so much difficult because is so hot and gets me tired quickly. I feel your struggle.

One of the users mentioned that they have heat intolerance due to their dysautonomia, which has worsened over the last year. They can't be outside in temperatures over 74 F for more than five minutes without almost passing out. This suggests that some people may indeed feel more tired as it gets hotter.
