Struggling with PoTS in the Heat

Yes me too!! So difficult in the hot months of the year especially when I have to tell people that I need to go sit inside or in the shade. My friends all want to go lay out in the sun or play outdoor sports. :( I feel much better indoors with an ice pack but I do try to go outside as much as I can for the fresh air and to move my body. The heat can really trigger some bad episodes for me so I do get nervous
