Managing Symptoms During Heat Wave

i bought a mini fan to try and help and have been drinking lots of water. i went to an outdoor concert and got overheated, i had to take off my shoes my hat and some stuff i was wearing to not pass out! so i will be staying inside from now on with the ac lol

Ugh. It's rough When I get too hot I pass out or have a seizure so it's not really a good combo. I just don't do well in the heat. Not to mention I get hateful when I'm hot.

I can’t even stay outside for too long or I’ll literally pass out in the sun 🥲 so yes I agree cold & happy with my air conditioner at home

I had to buy myself an air conditioner for my room or I was going to wind up in the hospital. Now I'm cold and happy.
