      @celestialmoonaura one time I tried explaining de personalization to my friend and she said "thats normal everyone goes through it." I think she was talking about doing stuff on auto pilot out of habit, not depersonalization as a whole, but it felt so horrible and invalidating. I dont blame her shes not a medical professional or anything, but I understand your struggle with being misunderstood

      thats not the worst part, i understand why they say im sorry and its because they feel bad because they arent able to help. whats really the worst part is when u know someone else is going through the same thing

        @junko Ive never met anybody that I know of who is going through these type of things irl... So hard to imagine but sorta uplifting to know I'm not alone at all
