Hi, everyone. I'm here hoping for ideas to improve my mood, reduce anxiety, and address hormonally-rooted issues like difficulty building muscle, mood swings, bloating, migraines, and weight gain. Nice to meet you!

For me, spending time outside does wonders for my mood. I let my cat out and keep an eye on her while relaxing. Taking a walk outside also helps. I find listening to an audiobook or podcast helps my mood as well and passes the time while walking. I can offer some books to listen to or podcasts if you’d like. ❤️

Hi! A lot of people will tell you to eat more carbs for weight gain but that does not work for me. I personally eat more calories and that helps me gain weight. If you exercise consistently while increasing your calorie intake, it should help. Vitamins seem little but help a ton! Your sleep schedule has all to do with it. When exercising always remember to go until you physically can’t. ALWAYS take at least a day break. Don’t push yourself so much that you get hurt. Good luck to you!

@Rhen By taking a day break, do you mean taking at least a day in between days that you exercise?
Thank you all so much for your replies! Pilates is a great idea; I had done some classes for a while but stopped during the pandemic. I should take a class again. My neurologist just prescribed a new rescue med, so hopefully that will be good too. Seeds and nuts, definitely can't hurt to get that protein! And walking helps me too. The Ologies podcast is one of my favorites 😊
I've started eating a serving if seeds or nuts everyday. It seems to help some.
I found for my migraines ajovy helps prevent most of them and toradol helps as a rescue medication. For mood I like the stress relief gummies from the company Olli. Anxiety I found working on my window of tolerance helps. Feel free to message me and I can explain that more if you’re not familiar. I just started Pilates to help build muscle and I feel a difference already after 3 classes.
