      I've found that listening to music that is the vibe that's the opposite of what I'm feeling helps me calm down, refocus, and change my mood

      Also weightlifting! Not to lose weight or anything, just to get stronger and burn off stress and anger. I feel like I’ve accomplished something, no matter how little I did.

      I know everyone says it, but Consistent journalling every day has really helped me. I didn’t see results until about a month in but it really helps me.
