fatigue. I need to go to class, I need to exercise, I need to eat, I need to go take my meds because it's 1 am and I won't sleep without them but my body is just refusing. it's painful and stressful and I feel so guilty for failing to do things just because I dont feel good. how do you all cope with fatigue/malaise?

I feel you man! If you’re in college, consider registering for accommodations through your disability center! They’ll be able to help you fill in the gaps when your symptoms are too much to bear, and they often have support groups you can join! First thing in the morning, go out and get some sunshine! Even if that’s the only thing you do all day, that’s okay! Sleep well❤️
