how do you guys deal with chronic fatigue & chronic pain caused by flare ups? i hate feeling so exhausted when i got college classes, homework, volunteer service, socializing, etc and am in a constant state of pain... i can also actively feel my mood worsen as my energy gets spent up acting "normal" by the time I'm in my room
