Frustrated with Misunderstanding of Alters

I felt this on a SPIRITUAL level. Amnesia is one of the worst parts about having D.I.D, mainly because the alters leave me behind with all the mess of their actions after they stop fronting. I've had to clean up toys, makeup, and so many other things as well as confront people I don't even remember arguing with 🤧😭😭

I feel this.. for some reason I have some memory but alot of times it's foggy like I know the general idea of things or other times it's mostly nothing :(

If you're talking about friends, I think you should stop being friends with them and find better ones if you've explained it to them and they don't listen
