I'm not sure I'm getting the most out of therapy. I'm not sure what else to do because I have a great relationship with my therapist

I believe that honesty is an integral part of therapy. If you feel that way you should share this with your therapist and maybe you decide together about the goals you want to achieve from the therapy and focus on them. I had so many sessions that I felt were a waste of my time and money but a good relationship with a therapist is not easy to develop so talk to him about it

Definitely talk about this with your therapist. Try before to think why you feel this way, what is missing? In the past I felt that in every session we are starting from the begining so I wrote myself a brief summary at the end of every meeting.

If you feel like you’re not making the best of your treatment you should tell that to your therapist, that’s part of the treatment. I’m sure he wants to know that too

Bring your concerns up to your therapist. You should be able to discuss anything with her. Sometimes a therapist goes slowly with a client unless they express a desire to change. Have specific goals with a time-line. Discuss methods to improve and develop a plan.
