I have awful migraines that make my body and face go numb but only on one side. I stop being able to see and I literally have no idea whats wrong lol

Have you tried going to a neurologist? Have you been diagnosed with migraine? Because there was a time when I also had what you described and it turned out that it is a certain type of migraine and its treatment is slightly different from the usual treatment of migraines. I recommend you go to a neurologist for a consultation, it never hurts
