For me it's simply doing stuff sometimes or having to talk to people or going out to do something I've experienced seizure like activity if I get too overwhelmed sometimes I feel like my body is in too much pain to do anything and I can get super sick from anxiety I do not have diabetes but my family has a history of type 2 and I'm always anxious that I'll get it soon

For me it would be trying to have good hygiene I try my best to take showers even tho it’s so exhausting to bring myself to take one & w my anxiety in public sometimes it gets very bad in public
Well, i have bipolar 1 autism and type 1 diabetes. The former 2 make it very hard to remember to check my blood sugar. Then, when my blood sugar goes out of wack, i start to have mood swings, and it can just spiral from there, even to psychosis sometimes.
