I heard that white noise helps you hyper focused. Like a fan blowing or rain - you can look it up on YouTube. I know for a fact that it at least brings us to a steady (kind of like caffeine) because it helps me sleep better than melatonin. Of course, that isn't concrete π . Hope this helped π€π
