I get distracted easily even if I take my meds, what should I do to stop that?

      You could try music, like listening to logic or jazz, something without lyrics to help keep thoughts from spawning. If nobody is around (or is i guess, you do you,) talking out loud can be a great way to remember things. Writing things down, making to do lists, having a whiteboard or something to keep notes on where you'll always see it. Or just lots of practice staying focused can also help (meditation is a good practice).

      What about when I'm at work and I can't listen to music

        @Mirabelwieland22 for that it might just be a matter of practicing focusing/meditating in your off time. Getting a full 8 hours each night can also do wonders to help. I believe some people here use CBD lotions and stuff too but that's not my realm of expertise and you'd have to research it.
