I have an alarm for my meds. Maybe I should set one for drinking water too.

I sort my medicine into a 2 week pill box. I try to take them before I go to work. I can't put them away, they need to stay in plain sight.

Reminders on my phone that don’t go away until I hit mark complete or day of the week am/pm containers help me a lot! I used to debate myself for hours whether I took my meds or not hahaha
