I have my pills in the weekly container and put them by the coffee pot. I won’t forget the coffee. And I take the night pills right before I brush my teeth at night. The pairing with other activities helps a lot! Alarms make me anxious

Set up alarms on your phone and get a pill case that's what I've had to do and I have just recently got these wrist bands that you can write reminders on...also there's a keychain that you can put pills into so you can always carry some meds with you just in case
I use a Hero medication dispenser, and I'll carry my second dose of Adderall in a little pill container on my keychain.
Yup I forgot all the time before I set an alarm 😳
