Struggling to Remember Medication

Its really hard somedays to remember to take my meds and if I dont the next day I get so sick. Is there any med that is better than this?

I use a pill sorter with the days of the week and set it in the same spot every day so that I can see the days I’ve taken it and to take it if I haven’t

Wow, that;s exactly what I went through when I took this pill. I recommend setting an alarm on your phone so that you won’t forget. That’s the only thing that helped me keep a good routine. Have you tried doing that yet?
