I use an app called Medisafe!!! It is amazing and I've used it for years. It's free.

I have had occasional issues taking medication on time, mainly if it's three times a day and such, or it's at a specific time. There's an app I use called MedicaApp and I really enjoy it. I've been using it for a few days now. You can set how often you need to take each medication, and it will remind you when it is time to take your medication. Also, If you have an every eight hours medication for instance, and you take it ten minutes late and log it, it will automatically update the new time for you to take your next dose, so that it isn't too soon or too late. It's free on the app store, and there is an option to have a widget on your main screen.

I don't but my mom always reminds me. I suggest a reminder on a phone or watch to remind you when you need to take it.
