What are some good anti-inflammatory foods/drinks/ect you recommend? I've had Crohn's for about three years now and it has been an absolute struggle with finding the right foods to eat. It seems like sometimes certain foods affect me, and other times they don't. I'm sick of the uncertainty every time I eat something because I never know how it will affect me. I just want some constant foods that I know for sure won't mess up my system, is that so much to ask?

I like the point about exercise! That helped me a lot. I never really liked exercising before, but I found dance workouts by emkfit on YouTube and I do one every day now

Crohn’s can definitely be unbearable at times! I’m still finding foods that bother me and will for the rest of my life. I never had allergies until I had crohns and now I can’t have seafood. For me sitting at a “normal” feeling, my diet consists of eggs, fresh chicken always grilled, I eat a lot of vegetables as well. It’s boring but for me it works. I cut out sugar, gluten, and most carbs. I upped my water intake and try to drink at least a half a gallon a day. And as much as it sucks sometimes; exercise! Even if it’s just a stroll around your neighborhood. I hope you find something that works for you!

@PBandJ Oh, and vitamins! Make sure your vitamin levels are balanced! I found I was low on vitamin D so I take that everyday with a multivitamin, vitamin B, my allergy medicine and a vitamin for bladder health. I have noticed a difference.
