Looking for Crohn's Diet Advice

Is there any kind of diets youve found work to help your crohns symptoms? Im having such a hard time figuring out what food triggers my crohns except like the ones with large reactions

Everyone has different foods that have bad reactions but I have found a lot of people have said gluten free helps as it is a more common trigger

I think the best thing to do is to do a food and symptom diary and include literally everything. It's really boring to do but you'll pick up trends. Crohn's is so difficult because we all react to different things. For me my safe foods are cheesy garlic bread and popcorn, loads of people can't digest either of those! My trigger foods are tomato and caffeine, loads of people will be fine with them! It sucks but it's a bit of trial and error! If you can see a dietitian I really recommend it. The main thing I took away from mine though was try and eat normally, plenty of fruit, veg and fibre.
