What are the best foods to eat with Crohn's disease?

I’ve been on a paleo (and red-meat free) diet for a few years now, and it’s one of the only things that’s really helped. It can be more expensive but it’s better than paying for medicine

I went gluten free and Anti-inflammatory diet. Its pretty expensive and does take time to get used to. But its been worth it
