My experience with an anti-inflammatory diet

I've taken the plunge into an anti-inflammatory diet and it seems to be helping. My GI system functions more efficiently and I don't have that generalized sluggish feeling all the time. I'm still flaring at times, but I go longer periods between them than I used to. Thought I'd pass that along for folks who might be considering it!

Not really, I just looked info up on reliable sites and asked friends who had been doing the same. My chiro said that his cousin did a strict elimination diet to figure out her triggers -- a juice diet for three days and then started slowly (two weeks at a time) adding new foods and checking for inflammation symptoms. I wasn't that hardcore, just gave up gluten, fast food and precooked frozen meals, red meat, dairy, and alcohol. I've added some alcohol and dairy (cheese and yogurt, which I never gave up) back, but gluten is a no-go for me.
