Hi..been suffering from OA of the right hip and both knees since 2017. was supposed to have hip replacement but got postponed twice due to weight issues and excercise and then COVID and insurance issues. Dealing with finding the right excercise and diet to get the weight off to have it along with dealing with chronic pain and fatigue. Staying optimistic I can achieve this
