      @Timothy Hi yes! What kind of program? I lost 65 pounds, I need a hip replacement to my left hip, I have been struggling with the last 10 pounds to get the surgery. I'm in a wheelchair because the pain is so bad, I camt walk. Any help or suggestions would help. Thank you

      I can put you in touch with a program that worked very well for me. I lost 100 lbs with it. Very easy to follow and the weight goes off safely and quickly. I'm not a couch in it. I have some dear friends who are that helped me tremendously.

      I was 100lbs overweight, and I’ve lost 35 lbs. in 6 months doing keto and intermittent fasting. And I’m 70! Im never hungry. It’s the only thing that has worked for me.

          @sunflower1964 my first meal is at tea time 3:00, shrimp salad sandwich, pecans then dinner at 7, usually salmon, steak, or chicken with broccoli and brown butter. That’s it until tea time the next day. I’m never hungry.

      I’m overweight and I’ve had some success taking a weight supplement. ( METICORE)
