Hi there. 🤗 sorry you're having so much pain. I have pain in my bum and L hip. I've had it for 10 years now. I finally got a diagnosis last year. I have gluteus tendonopathy with trochanteric bursitis. My friends who have had hip surgery have been very glad they did. And their recovery is amazingly fast. The surgery for mine is very specialized and has about a 4 month recovery. I finally found a surgeon who can do it but she wants to try everything else to heal it first.

Therapy may help you a lot if you have never had it! Exercise in general is good for you! Gotta keep the blood moving!

Ik the feeling hun. I hurt everywhere all the time. Most of what I got surgery can't fix. Been like this since 2008. I can't do much anymore. It's really depressing.

💕 I am going through the exact same thing. I am barely walking I hold on to walls and furniture I have to try to go to work tomorrow I don't know what to do. I can't bear weight on the knees
