Living with Osteoarthritis: My Struggle with Mobility

I have Osteoarthritis in both knees, left hip and in my lower lumbar. my pain is definitely localized to all parts mentioned, but to walk or stand, my legs feel like they're 100lbs each and like it I've just walked 100 miles. I'm completely out of breath from car to house. waist down ,all bad. no pain sitting.

Check out kneesovertoes guy on youtube. He's doing great things with knees and hips, including backward walking which is a very old remedy for knees especially.

Have to lose weight perhaps , this seems exaggerated, sunscreen perhaps , or change of life .

thank you for your concern. I'm doing water therapy now and trying to take off a few pounds, then I'll be considered for knee and hip surgery.
