My worst symptom is, by far, dissociation. I believe it is most closely related to the PTSD, but I've heard hypothyroidism can contribute, and also I have some stomach issues that may be related (as I hear gut-biome plays a big role). Either way, I have a bunch of issues and love to talk about them lol
