For a fair number of us, it's a cornucopia of issues that effect us. For me, my bipolar disorder is in the forefront with the PTSD and anxiety spiking up here and there. They kind of blend together sometimes too. It's a daily struggle but I've been dealing with it for years now so I've developed good habits and coping strategies to get me through.

PTSD will manifest itself in other areas of your body! Believe me! Headaches, anxiety and depression, stomach issues, panic and anxiety attacks. Lot's of stuff.

I also have more than one mental health diagnosis. PTSD, bi-polar depression, and an anxiety disorder. But I face them all without fear! I refuse to be weak, and let it take over my life anymore!

I agree with toušŸ‘. Without fear. I just hope the drs and nps are treating the real problems. You know what I mean?
