      My biggest problem was bottling up the feelings and waiting until I got physically sick so most times I do assume my depression and anxiety made me sick again.

        @sleepseeker that's also a very bad habit of mine. I dont feel like I'll be taken seriously or validated because of my vast moodswings but man are they almost hospital ready šŸ™„ I'm afraid I'll be ridiculed or brushed off like i grew up being treated like
