      I woke up once while sick and it was so dark I couldn't see, sent me straight into a panic attack so bad I was sobbing and throwing up. Had to get my mum just to be able to calm down enough to stop crying

      Not usually, although the time before last I got sick my anxiety was high when my fever went up. I thought it was covid and I was going to die. It wasn't covid and I didn't die.

        @SalineTurnip Yeah i think it’s bringing some of my health anxiety up just a bit.. I have a UTI and a sinus infection, but my family members just got diagnosed with flu so I’m worried I’ll catch that next

          @doodle123 I understand. I had a sinus infection when I thought I had covid. I hope you don't get it. Take precautions if you can, like cleaning common areas with disinfectants (Lysol etc), wearing a mask and staying out of their rooms.
