Not usually, although the time before last I got sick my anxiety was high when my fever went up. I thought it was covid and I was going to die. It wasn't covid and I didn't die.

Yeah i think it’s bringing some of my health anxiety up just a bit.. I have a UTI and a sinus infection, but my family members just got diagnosed with flu so I’m worried I’ll catch that next

I woke up once while sick and it was so dark I couldn't see, sent me straight into a panic attack so bad I was sobbing and throwing up. Had to get my mum just to be able to calm down enough to stop crying
