Does anyone have any tips for sleeping better and feeling rested after sleep? I am dealing with chronic fatigue syndrome as a result of long COVID and I can't remember the last time I wasn't tired.

I don't know if there's a way to make sleep more restful with CFS. Lately, though, I have been enjoying a combination of a heating blanket and a fan with a little remote as my temp changes through the night and it's nice to be able to get comfortable without expending extra energy getting up. When you're extra fatigued, let yourself sleep as long as you can if possible. Sometimes I have to sleep more than 12 hours at once, but I get more hours in a row of feeling less tired than usual.
