What kind of technology has helped you the most with keeping track of your vitals? (fitbit, apple watch, blood pressure cuff, pulse ox?..) I feel like because I don't have any physical evidence to show my family doesn't believe I'm struggling. showing them my numbers and tracking the dysregulation can help me show them I'm not faking things. as well as ofc helping myself just stay on track of what causes what to flare up and such.

I got a Garmin Venu Sq a few months ago, and it's been super helpful. I also run the Cardiogram app, which is nice because I can push my data to any Dr should they want it.

I have a Fitbit Inspire and a blood pressure cuff. I barely use the cuff anymore but I check my heart rate on my Fitbit regularly
I have a smart watch (galaxy watch 4). Also a blood pressure cuff because my bp gets really wonky and will just tank sometimes
I have the Apple Watch as well for monitoring
I have an Apple Watch to monitor heart rate, it also has fall detection on it
