Does anyone use a heart rate monitor watch for POTS? If you do, which one would you recommend? Thanks 💕

I like the galaxy watch. I tried the Amazon fit one that was like 30$ on Amazon and it was really not very good lol. The galaxy watch is much more accurate imo. I've also heard good things about apple watches

I have my Apple Watch set up to monitor mine. It notifies me when I have an irregular heart beat or jump.

I use an Apple Watch and I find it to be pretty accurate! You can also get apps that will alert you when you’re too high or pass a threshold you set

@Smash what series do you use and what are those apps called? Thank you so much for replying!

@Hayles I just have the SE! The only thing I wish it had was the EKG feature. But I didn’t want to spend an extra 100$ lol but the SE works for what I need! Cardiogram is great! You can upgrade to the paid version and it has some cool features but the free one is just as good. Tacymon is free and it alerts you when your HR has gone too high or too low. Beat watcher is similar to tachymon in that it just alerts you when you go to high or too low.

Some people use Apple Watch or Fitbit to monitor their heart rate for POTS. One user mentioned using a Fitbit Versa to monitor both heart rate and pulse ox, while another recommended Fitbit as a better tracker than Apple Watch. However, experiences may vary, so it's essential to find the one that works best for you.
