Looking for a Wearable Heart Monitor for Tachycardia Episodes

Does anyone have recommendations for a wearable and accurate heart monitor that won't break the bank or be too obtrusive?? I've tried a few different watches, but none of them have been able to accurately read through my tachycardia episodes.

I use the Fitbit Charge 4 and it works pretty well

I have and iPhone so I use it with an Apple Watch and the tachymon app very accurate 5 beats off at most from a gp level heart monitor so very accurate
